We’re a fast-growing, highly rated auto repair shop in Boulder, Colorado, and we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who will train into a full-time Service Advisor role.

No certifications or tools required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Our front counter team manages multiple priorities at once, solves customer problems quickly, handles difficult conversations professionally, and keeps things moving in a busy environment.

What You’ll Do:
  •  Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
  •  Help customers check in vehicles and explain their concerns.
  •  Communicate with technicians and present repair options clearly. 
  •  Handle scheduling, payments, and customer follow-up. 
  •  Recommend future maintenance/repair needs and schedule return visits. 
  •  Build trust-based relationships with customers who rely on you for honest advice. 
  •  Learn every aspect of the Service Advisor role from experienced mentors.

Requirements:
  •  Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. 
  •  Strong English communication skills. 
  •  Comfortable using computers and learning software. 
  •  Able to get in/out of vehicles and assist with light shop tasks.
 
Compensation:
$17.50–$20/hr DOE during training
Promotion into commission-based Service Advisor role with $80–150k/year potential

Schedule:
Full-time
No weekends or late nights
